Kylie Jenner’s latest temporary home comes with amazing views, outrageously luxurious amenities and a very steep price tag.
The reality TV star and makeup mogul is renting a cliffside mansion in Beverly Hills, Calif. while her $12 million home in Hidden Hills is undergoing renovations, TMZ reports.
The five bedroom, seven bathroom house, which Jenner is renting for $125,000 a month, is currently on the market and could be yours for $35 million.
Listed by The Agency, the house sits on nearly four acres in the heart of Beverly Hills and includes a library with bar, professional chef’s kitchen, big-screen movie theatre, and a climate-controlled wine cellar.
The property also has a tennis court, mini golf course, and private vineyard with views of the city, ocean, and surrounding mountains, according to Trulia.
When it comes to high-priced real estate, Jenner is no stranger to the market. The 19-year-old bought three mansions in 2016: a six-bedroom home for $6 million; a four-bedroom for $4.5 million; and most recently, an eight-bedroom home for $12 million, as reported by Celebuzz.
Last month, Jenner dropped the asking price on her Calabasas starter home by $600,000, which was originally put up for sale in June 2016 for $3.9 million. Forbes reported that Jenner purchased the 4,800 square foot house in March 2015 for $2.6 million and later completed “extensive” renovations on the home and yard.
