Alec Baldwin has finally found a buyer for a one-bedroom apartment in the Upper West Side’s El Dorado building.

According to public records, the actor-slash- President Trump-impersonator sold the one-bedroom apartment for $1.25 million on May 3.

Baldwin, 59, sold another apartment in the El Dorado in 2011, a three-bedroom, three-and-a-half bath that went for $9.5 million, according to records. He now lives with his wife, Hilaria, and their three children on East 10th Street, according to records.

Both apartments were put on the market in 2009, according to listings. The smaller, first-floor apartment in the Art Deco building on Central Park West was described as an “annex,” to be used as a library or office or as a separate living quarter for staff.

The one-bedroom looks out onto West 91st Street. It has 12-foot ceilings, hardwood floors, a large living room and an eat-in kitchen, according to the listing.

The El Dorado is one of the Upper West Side’s most recognizable buildings, with two soaring towers overlooking the Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis Reservoir in Central Park. It was designed by Emery Roth, and completed in 1931. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.

A host of celebrities have lived in the building, from late writer Sinclair Lewis to the likes of Moby and Faye Dunaway. Meredith Vieira still makes her home there, according to reports, and Ron Howard has his home on the 26th floor of the building on the market for $12.5 million.

Calls to Baldwin’s publicist were not returned.
