WH Staffers Telecommute Due to Snow

A winter storm has forced the federal government to shutdown for the third day in a row.  Due to the dangerous conditions, President Obama instructed his staffers to take their  secure laptops home and telecommute.  The President has one event on his schedule, a meeting in the Oval Office with African American leaders to discuss the economy and jobs.  Otherwise, Mr. Obama is expected to work most of the day in the residence.
