Luke Perry’s son, Jack Perry, withdrew from an upcoming wrestling show a day after the actor's sudden death at the age of 52.

Jack Perry, who wrestles professionally under the name “Jungle Boy,” pulled out of the show scheduled for March 13 in Los Angeles, Bar Wrestling announced Tuesday. The 21-year-old wrestler has not publicly addressed his father’s death.

“Unfortunately Jungle Boy will no longer be wrestling at our March 13th show. Our thoughts and prayers are with him and his family at this time,” the wrestling organization tweeted.

Perry, 52, died Monday, five days after he was hospitalized following a “massive” stroke. His rep said in a statement to Fox News that the “Beverly Hills, 90210” star was "surrounded by his children Jack and Sophie, fiancé Wendy Madison Bauer, ex-wife Minnie Sharp, mother Ann Bennett, stepfather Steve Bennett, brother Tom Perry, sister Amy Coder, and other close family and friends."

"The family appreciates the outpouring of support and prayers that have been extended to Luke from around the world, and respectfully request privacy in this time of great mourning," the statement added.

Jack Perry began pursuing his wrestling career in high school and had previously spoken about gaining his own success apart from his father’s fame.

“My family is a part of who I am, but I’m trying to make my own way,” Perry said. “I don’t want to use that to be successful, I want to have my own success.”

Perry’s daughter, Sophie Perry, addressed her father’s sudden death in an emotional Instagram post on Monday.

“A lot has happened in this past week for me. Everything is happening so fast. I made it back from Malawi just in time to be here with my family, And in the past 24 hours I have received an overwhelming amount of love and support,” Sophie Perry captioned a photo of her and the 52-year-old.

"I cannot individually respond to the hundreds of beautiful and heartfelt messages, but I see them, and appreciate you all for sending positivity to my family and I," she continued. "I’m not really sure what to say or do in this situation, it’s something you aren’t ever given a lesson on how to handle, especially when it’s all happening in the public eye. So bare with me and know that I am grateful for all the love. Just, being grateful quietly."

Perry, who gained fame as a teen heartthrob on "Beverly Hills, 90210," became a fan-favorite TV dad with his role as Archie's father, Fred Andrews, on the hit CW series "Riverdale."
