Fox411: Judge ruled there is enough evidence for Cosby to stand trial on sexual assault charges stemming from a 2004 incident

Bill Cosby has lost another lawyer.

A rep for Bill Cosby told FOX411 Monique Pressley is no longer the actor’s lawyer.

The fallen comic has gone through three attorneys -- Martin Singer, Christopher Tayback and now Pressley -- since he was first accused of drugging and sexually assaulting dozens of women.

According to Deadline, his new acting legal team will be Angela Agrusa, head of litigation Liner LLP and Pennsylvania-based attorney Brian McMonagle.

Prior to her exit, Pressley vigorously defended Cosby in the court of public opinion, appearing on various news programs and speaking on the star’s behalf on social media.

Pressley did not immediately return FOX411’s request for comment.

Currently, Cosby is battling felony sexual assault charges in Pennsylvania stemming from the alleged assault of Andrea Constand back in 2004. He is also facing several defamation lawsuits across the country.

The shift in his legal team is the second recent setback for the disgraced comedian.

A federal appeals court on Monday rejected Cosby's effort to reseal his deposition testimony about extramarital affairs, prescription sedatives and payments to women, saying the documents are now a matter of public knowledge.

The 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Philadelphia ruled that the comedian's appeal was moot.

"The contents of the documents are a matter of public knowledge, and we cannot pretend that we could change that fact by ordering them resealed," the court wrote in an opinion.

Cosby's attorneys hoped a ruling in their favor could help them keep the documents from being used in the criminal case against him in Pennsylvania and in the many lawsuits filed around the country by women who accuse him of sexual assault or defamation.

Cosby, 79, insists his sexual encounter with Constand in 2004 was consensual. He remains free on $1 million bail, and no trial date has been set.
