Oakland, CA – The Golden State Warriors have waived second- year guard Jeremy Lin.
Lin appeared in 29 games for the Warriors last season, averaging 2.6 points. The Harvard graduate signed with the team as an undrafted free agent in July 2010.
Additionally on Friday, the Warriors signed guard Charles Jenkins. He was picked with the 44th pick in the 2011 draft after four seasons at Hofstra.
