Brian Unk closed with a five-under 65 on stroke victory at the Seaforth Country Classic.

Unk, who also won this title in 2009, finished at 20-under-par 260. He missed his own tournament scoring record by four strokes.

The third round was completed earlier Sunday after storms stopped play on Saturday. There was also a weather delay during the final round on Sunday.

Wes Heffernan also closed with a 65 to take second place at minus-19. Ryan Williams and Andrew Parr both shot three-under 67s to share third place at Seaforth Golf Club at 16-under-par 264.

Garrett Sapp carded a four-under 66 to end alongside Darren Griff (69) in fifth place at minus-15.

Unk birdied the second to push his lead over Heffernan to two strokes. Both players birdied the third, but Heffernan got back within one thanks to a birdie on the fourth.

Heffernan made it three in a row with a birdie on No. 5, but Unk matched him to remain one ahead.

Both players parred their next eight holes and continued to match each other the rest of the way.

Unk and Heffernan both birdied Nos. 14 and 16. They matched pars on the last two holes to give Unk his third tour title.

NOTES: Unk earned $16,000 for the win...The tour remains in Ontario next week for the Canadian Tour Championship, where Aaron Goldberg won last year.
