UCF and North Carolina State will meet in the Bitcoin St. Petersburg Bowl on Dec. 26 in a matchup of American Athletic Conference and Atlantic Coast Conference foes.

The game will be played at Tropicana Field in the Florida city.

UCF (9-3) comes in having claimed a share of its second straight AAC title with a Hail Mary pass at the final horn against East Carolina last week. The Knights are making their third consecutive bowl appearance and seventh bowl appearance overall.

The Wolfpack (7-5) won three of its last four games of the regular season.

The schools have split a pair of previous meetings. Most recently, the Wolfpack won 28-21 in 2010.
