Chicago, IL (SportsNetwork.com) - With rain in the forecast for Saturday, the game between the Kansas City Royals and Chicago White Sox has been postponed.

The inclement weather forced Friday night's game to be suspended after eight innings with the scored tied 2-2. The game was slated to resume at 2:10 p.m. ET on Saturday before the regularly scheduled game.

Now the suspended game is scheduled to be played Sunday at 2:10 p.m., followed by the regularly scheduled contest.

A makeup date has not been set for Saturday's game.
