(SportsNetwork.com) - Stephen Curry will reportedly beat out James Harden for the NBA's Most Valuable Player Award.

The Golden State Warriors guard will be named the MVP as early as Monday and is likely to receive the trophy in a ceremony prior to Tuesday's Game 2 against the Memphis Grizzlies.

The 27-year-old sixth-year point guard averaged 23.8 points and 7.7 assists per game this season. He shot 44.3 percent from beyond the arc and led the NBA in free throw shooting at 91.4 percent.
