Tia Magee notched a double-double, scoring 17 points and pulling down 10 rebounds, to lead No. 15 Georgetown past Providence 66-39 on Saturday.

Sugar Rodgers added 14 points for the Hoyas (21-6, 10-4 Big East), who have lost just once in five February games — an 80-38 drubbing at the hands of No. 2 Connecticut on Feb. 11.

This one wasn't a complete rout, at least in the first half. The teams were close for most of the first 20 minutes, with the Hoyas taking a six-point lead into the locker room.

A Rodgers layup sparked a 10-0 run to open the second half, though, and Georgetown cruised from there. The Hoyas outscored the Friars 41-20 in the second half.

Georgetown outshot Providence (13-14, 5-9), who didn't have a single player in double figures, 40.7 percent (22 of 54) to 23.1 percent (12 of 52) from the floor.
