Marlins/Reds game moved from Thursday to Wednesday

Miami, FL – Thursday's game between the Florida Marlins and Cincinnati Reds has been moved to Wednesday in anticipation of Hurricane Irene.

With the powerful hurricane expected to be stationed off the eastern coast of Florida on Thursday, the game has been moved to Wednesday as part of a doubleheader.

The first part of the twinbill is scheduled to begin at 4:10 p.m. (et) with the series finale to begin approximately 20 minutes after the conclusion of the first game.
