New York Jets defensive lineman Mike DeVito has been ruled out for Sunday's game against Washington with a knee injury.

One of New York's top run stuffers on the defensive line with 25 tackles, DeVito sprained his left knee during the third quarter of Sunday's game against Buffalo.

During Friday's press conference, Jets head coach Rex Ryan stated that Kenrick Ellis will get the start in DeVito's place.

In addition, defensive lineman Marcus Dixon (shoulder), tackle Vlad Ducasse (knee), running backs Shonn Greene (rib) and LaDainian Tomlinson (knee), wide receiver Jeremy Kerley (knee), center Nick Mangold (ankle), linebacker Calvin Pace (groin), safety Brodney Pool (knee) and guard Matt Slauson (knee) are listed as probable, but Ryan stated that "everybody is ready to roll."
