Davante Adams' juggling catch and run for an 89-yard touchdown midway through the third quarter completed Fresno State's comeback from a 21-point deficit Saturday, sparking the Bulldogs to a 49-32 win over New Mexico.

Adams finished with nine catches for 198 yards and two scores — the second of which gave Fresno State a 28-24 lead. Derek Carr overcame a slow start to finish with 416 yards and four touchdowns for the Bulldogs (6-3, 4-1 Mountain West).

Kasey Carrier ran for 136 yards and a pair of scores on 19 carries for the Lobos (4-5, 1-3), but all but 20 of the yards came in the first half.

New Mexico went up 21-0 early in the second quarter after Carrier took a draw play 30 yards for a score.
