The attention on Tiger Woods gets even more intense when he gets to the PGA Championship without having won a major this year.

Coming off a seven-shot win in a World Golf Championship, it's even stronger.

Woods played nine holes at Oak Hill on Tuesday and feels as good as ever about his game. At stake is a chance for him to end the longest drought of his career — 17 majors over five years — to finally get back on track in his pursuit of the record 18 majors won by Jack Nicklaus.

Woods says getting to No. 15 has proved difficult.

This is the 20th time Woods has won in his final tournament before a major. He's won the major only four times.
