'Nashville' Showrunner and Oscar Winner Callie Khouri Selling $2.2M SoCal Home

Ready for a celebrity double whopper? "Nashville" showrunner Callie Khouri's four-bedroom, Spanish-style bungalow in Santa Monica, CA, is on the market for $2.2 million -- and buyers will also be living in the footsteps of stylish interior designer Christina Karras, who gave the pink-hued home plenty of her signature sass.

Khouri won an Academy Award for scripting "Thelma & Louise" before shifting to the small screen, where she developed the ABC drama "Nashville," which stars Connie Britton and Hayden Panettiere. Fans of the country music soap are sure to be enchanted by her former home. According to Lonny, Khouri came up with the show's premise while living under its roof.

And what a roof that is, made of terra cotta and placed over a quirky coral-colored stucco. White walls inside mean further color choices are all yours, although the current red accents certainly make a statement. With plenty of large windows, you'll never lack for light.

Vintage details throughout the '20s abode include arching Spanish-style doors and a tiled bathroom.

And despite the small lot size, there's enough outdoor space for a rousing shindig -- including a wooden deck and bocce court.
