'Nashville' Showrunner and Oscar Winner Callie Khouri Selling $2.2M SoCal Home

Ready for a celebrity double whopper? "Nashville" showrunner Callie Khouri's four-bedroom, Spanish-style bungalow in Santa Monica, CA, is on the market for $2.2 million -- and buyers will also be living in the footsteps of stylish interior designer Christina Karras, who gave the pink-hued home plenty of her signature sass.
Khouri won an Academy Award for scripting "Thelma & Louise" before shifting to the small screen, where she developed the ABC drama "Nashville," which stars Connie Britton and Hayden Panettiere. Fans of the country music soap are sure to be enchanted by her former home. According to Lonny, Khouri came up with the show's premise while living under its roof.
