Super Committee deadlock is hanging over Capitol Hill as the group is likely to announce a failure and so the blame game and spin is starting.

Chris Stirewalt spoke with the Weekly Standard's Fred Barnes, Washington Times' Charlie Hurt, and Fox News' Chief Capitol Hill Correspondent Mike Emanuel on Monday and discuss the latest.

Hurt said he thinks "both sides are scared of making a move they'll get punished for."
