VIENNA (AP) — The Red Cross says all missing rafters in western Austria have been found after their boats capsized in an Alpine river.

Spokesman Michael Osti says 12 rafters still have to be rescued because they are stranded on the banks of the Bregenzerach River in Austria's Vorarlberg province. They were part of a group of 69 rafters in five boats.

The accident occurred near Doren, a village 13 miles (20 kilometers) east of the provincial capital of Bregenz.
