Vikings sign DT Floyd

Eden Prairie, MN – The Minnesota Vikings have signed defensive tackle Sharrif Floyd, one of the club's three first-round picks in the 2013 NFL Draft.

Terms of the deal for the 23rd overall selection were undisclosed.

Floyd recorded 115 tackles, including 26 tackles for loss, and 4 1/2 sacks in three seasons at Florida. He was an All-SEC selection in 2012 after leading the Gators with 13 tackles for loss.
