UEFA hands Wenger three-match ban
Nyon, Switzerland – Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has been suspended for three games and fined approximately $53,000 by UEFA, it was announced Friday.
Wenger has been punished for improper conduct during the second leg of the club's Round of 16 tie against AC Milan in the Champions League on March 6. Because Arsenal has already crashed out of this season's competition, the ban will apply to club's next three UEFA club competition matches.
The Gunners boss has three days to lodge an appeal.
