A big doubles upset occurred Friday when an unseeded duo of Italian Daniele Bracciali and Austrian Julian Knowle upended the world No. 1 tandem of Belarusian Max Mirnyi and Canadian Daniel Nestor in straight sets, 6-4, 6-4, 6-4, in a second-round affair at Wimbledon.

The 34-year-old Mirnyi and 39-year-old Nestor are the two-time reigning French Open champs and own 14 Grand Slam doubles titles between them.

Nestor captured back-to-back Wimbledon doubles titles in 2008 and 2009 and was an Olympic gold medalist in men's doubles in Sydney in 2000.
