Atlanta, GA – Josh Smith and and Al Horford each recorded doubles as the Atlanta Hawks thumped the Washington Wizards, 101-83, at Phillips Arena.
Smith scored 15 and had 10 rebounds while Horford netted 11 and grabbed 10 boards. Joe Johnson scored 18 and Marvin Williams scored 17 and pulled down eight rebounds for the Hawks.
Nick Young scored a game-high 21 off the bench and John Wall scored 20 and dished out six assists for the Wizards, who have dropped two straight to begin the season.
