Sixers' Brand to miss game against Grizzlies

Memphis, TN – Philadelphia 76ers forward Elton Brand will miss Tuesday's game against the Memphis Grizzlies due to a right thumb sprain.

Brand has averaged 10.1 points and 6.7 rebounds in 30 games for the Sixers this season.

Andres Nocioni is expected to make his first start of the season in place of Brand.
