NEW YORK (Reuters) - Offensive tackle Russell Okung, the sixth player selected in the 2010 NFL Draft, has agreed to a six-year $46.5 million contract with the Seattle Seahawks, NFL.com said on Friday.

The deal included a guaranteed $30 million but could net Okung up to $58 million with performance-based bonuses.

Okung was the last first-round pick to sign. Running back C.J. Spiller agreed to terms with the Buffalo Bills earlier in the day.

Okung missed six days of practice before joining his new team mates on the field for the first time on Friday.
