Ronaldinho was recalled to Brazil's national team Thursday and the former Barcelona and AC Milan attacker can make his return to international play next month against Ghana.

Ronaldinho, 31, has been in solid form for Brazilian club Flamengo, and earned one of the 24 spots selected by coach Mano Menezes. Brazil plays Ghana, a 2010 World Cup quarterfinalist, on Sept. 5 in London, England.

He last played for Brazil in November, missing last summer's World Cup. Capped 88 times for Brazil, Ronaldinho has nine goals for Flamengo this season. Since he made his debut for Brazil in 1999, he has 32 international goals.
