Jose Reyes may be on the move again.

After being traded to the Colorado Rockies in a July deal that sent longtime Rockies shortstop Troy Tulowitzki to the Toronto Blue Jays, CBS Sports reports that Reyes was placed on waivers by the Rockies and has cleared waivers.

Because no team claimed Reyes while he was on waivers, he can now be traded to any team.

While there's no top suitor yet for the 32-year-old Dominican shortstop, the report says that "at least a couple teams are said to have been 'poking around' regarding Reyes," and that "there's been at least a little contact with the Yankees."

The news comes days after Reyes hinted at his displeasure with being traded to the Rockies while visiting his former New York Mets for a series at Citi Field.

While the Mets have yet to be linked to any talks about Reyes, he said earlier this week that he would love to finish his career in New York.
