Philadelphia, PA – The Philadelphia Phillies acquired pitcher Ryan O'Sullivan from the Los Angeles Dodgers to complete an August 3 trade.
O'Sullivan is the player to be named later in the original deal that sent pitcher Joe Blanton to Chavez Ravine.
The 21-year-old O'Sullivan was a fourth-round pick in the 2011 first-year player draft. He will report to Single-A Clearwater.
