New Orleans, LA (SportsNetwork.com) - The New Orleans Pelicans signed guard Toney Douglas on Tuesday for a second tour of duty with the team this season.

The Pelicans had signed Douglas to a pair of 10-day contracts last month. The 29-year-old journeyman appeared in three games with the team, averaging 9.0 points, 4.0 points and 22.0 minutes, before being released on Feb. 19.

Prior to joining the Pelicans, Douglas averaged 19.1 points over 35 games with the Jiangsu Dragons during the 2014-15 Chinese Basketball Association season.
