Los Angeles, CA (SportsNetwork.com) - Chris Paul left Game 7 of Saturday night's Western Conference first-round series between the Los Angeles Clippers and San Antonio Spurs with an apparent left hamstring injury.

He started grabbing it while dribbling the ball up the floor in transition before stopping along the right wing and knocking down a 3-pointer. He left the game at the 1:52 mark of the first quarter.

Paul looked dejected on the bench, putting his face into his hands as a trainer looked at and rubbed down the hamstring. He then walked back to the locker room.

Paul returned at the 6:27 mark of the second.

The Clippers guard played all 82 regular-season games for the first time in his career.
