Green Bay, WI (SportsNetwork.com) - Green Bay Packers coach Mike McCarthy said Monday that he is currently planning for backup Matt Flynn to start his fourth consecutive game on Sunday against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Starting quarterback Aaron Rodgers continues to recover from a fractured collarbone.
"Aaron Rodgers' situation will be evaluated Wednesday morning and we'll have a plan for him on Wednesday," McCarthy said. "We're game-planning right now for Matt Flynn."
Rodgers has been sidelined since the opening drive of Green Bay's clash with Chicago on Nov. 4.
The Packers have won two straight with Flynn under center, including Sunday's come-from-behind victory over the Cowboys.
