The Washington Wizards enter the 2015-16 season as a rare breed: the tried-and-true playoff team that decided to remodel its entire offense over the summer.
There have been personnel changes, too, but the most significant shift has been philosophical. Washington wants to play faster, attempt lots of threes and more closely resemble a modern NBA offense. But this change isn't enough to convince the league's general managers that the Wizards are for real.
In their annual survey, the NBA's GMs only gave Washington a 3.4 percent chance of finishing second in the Eastern Conference. (Second!) A solid 41.3 percent think they'll finish either third or fourth.
