K.J. McDaniel scored 10 of his 16 points in the second half, when Clemson overcame a six-point deficit to win 63-55 at Georgia Tech.

The Tigers (17-9, 8-6 ACC) took advantage of the sloppy Yellow Jackets (13-14, 4-10) after intermission as Tech committed nine of its 15 turnovers and Clemson scored 14 points off those miscues.

DaMarcus Harrison added 15 points for Clemson, which swept the two-game season series against Georgia Tech, and Landry Nnoko scored 13.

Senior point guard Trae Golden returned to the starting lineup for Georgia Tech after being slowed for three weeks by a groin injury, and led the Yellow Jackets with 17 points. The Tennessee transfer was guilty of five turnovers, however.

Tech center Daniel Miller pitched in 14 points and eight rebounds before fouling out, and Marcus Georges-Hunt scored 13.
