The Los Angeles Lakers signed free agent round draft picks on Friday.

Kapono, 30, spent the last two seasons with the Philadelphia 76ers. He averaged less than a point and rebound per game in 24 contests last season, and shot just 25 percent from the floor.

A second-round draft pick by Cleveland in 2003, Kapono has totaled 6.9 points and 1.7 rebounds per game over 482 games with Cleveland, Charlotte, Miami, Toronto and Philadelphia.

However, the native of nearby Long Beach holds the sixth-highest three-point percentage (.437) in NBA history.

Los Angeles also inked guard Darius Morris out of the University of Michigan, as well as College of Charleston product, guard Andrew Goudelock.
