Vitali Klitschko earned a unanimous decision over challenger Dereck Chisora to retain the WBC Heavyweight title Saturday.

Chisora (15-3), who slapped Klitschko in the face during the weigh in and even spat in the face of Klitschko's brother, world No. 1-ranked heavyweight Wladimir, prior to the fight, gave the champion all he could handle, but still dropped a 118-110, 118-110, 119-111 decision.

Klitschko (44-2) earned his 10th consecutive title defense with the victory.
