Miami, FL (SportsNetwork.com) - The Miami Heat said Monday that Chris Bosh could begin regular exercises this month but isn't expected to resume full basketball activities until September.

Bosh is out for the remainder of the season after being diagnosed with blood clots in his lungs last month.

The veteran forward will be re-evaluated this month, according to a statement from his doctors released by the team. If he's cleared, he can begin regular exercise with plans to start strength training next month, the doctors said.

Bosh, 30, averaged 21.1 points, 7.0 rebounds and 2.2 assists in 44 games this season.
