The New York Giants will be without running back Ahmad Bradshaw for a second consecutive week on Sunday against the San Francisco 49ers.

Bradshaw hasn't been able to practice since suffering a cracked bone in his foot during a Week 8 game against the Dolphins. He has rushed for 440 yards and five touchdowns this season.

Brandon Jacobs will burden most of the load at running back again Sunday. He carried the ball 18 times for 72 yards and a touchdown in a big win over the Patriots last weekend.

Wide receiver Hakeem Nicks (hamstring) is listed as questionable after missing last Sunday's contest. He practiced in a limited role the past two days after missing Wednesday's session.

Center David Baas (knee), tackle Stacy Andrews (back) and cornerback Prince Amukamara (foot) are also questionable.

The Giants lead the NFC East with a 6-2 mark, while the 49ers hold the top spot in the NFC West with a 7-1 record.
