Philadelphia, PA (SportsNetwork.com) - Philadelphia Eagles coach Chip Kelly on Monday said Nick Foles is still not ready to return from a fractured clavicle, leaving Mark Sanchez as the starting quarterback for Saturday's game against Washington.

Foles has been sidelined since suffering his injury in a Week 9 game against Houston. He was expected to be sidelined for 6-to-8 weeks and Kelly on Monday said tests revealed that the bone has not fully healed.

"He's not cleared, he's out this week," Kelly said on Monday.

Sanchez has been the starter for the past six games, during which the Eagles are 3-3 and have fallen into second place in the NFC East with a 9-5 record. The 38-27 loss to Dallas on Sunday night left the Eagles a game behind the Cowboys in the division race.

Following Saturday's game at Washington, the Eagles will close the season against the Giants in East Rutherford.
