Eagles re-sign lineman Wells

The Philadelphia Eagles have re-signed guard Reggie Wells

The Eagles acquired Wells, 30, from the Arizona Cardinals last fall. He played in eight games for the team in 2010, including one start.

Prior to joining Philadelphia, Wells spent seven seasons with the Cardinals and was a full-time starter from 2004-09. He has started 91 of 112 career games.

Also on Saturday, the Eagles waived wide receiver Brandon Caleb and defensive tackle Charlie Noonan.
