Anaheim, CA – The Anaheim Ducks inked defenseman and first- round pick Shea Theodore to a three-year entry-level contract on Tuesday.
Taken with the 26th overall selection this past June, Theodore compiled 19 goals and 50 points in 71 games for Seattle of the Western Hockey League of Canadian juniors last season.
The 18-year-old native of British Columbia has appeared in three preseason games for the Ducks, picking up one assist.
