Chris Fouch came off the bench to score 18 points and Drexel defeated Hofstra 65-60.

Drexel led 59-51 with less than 5 minutes remaining, but Hofstra cut the lead to 61-60 after a basket by David Imes with 1:17 to play. Drexel responded with four free throws the rest of the way to seal the win.

The Dragons outrebounded Hofstra 47-24 and turned 20 offensive rebounds into 20 second-half points.

Dartaye Ruffin added 15 points for the Dragons (14-7, 6-5 Colonial Athletic Association), whose bench outscored Hofstra's 35-7.

Hofstra's Charles Jenkins scored 19 points to become the school's all-time leading scorer with 2,280, breaking the previous record of 2,276 held by Antoine Agudio (2004-08). Mike Moore led Hofstra with 20 points.

Drexel won despite shooting 38.3 percent (23 of 60) from the field.
