Glendale, AZ – The Phoenix Coyotes signed forward Nick Johnson to a one-year, two-way contract on Thursday.
Johnson set career highs in goals (8), assists (18), points (26) and penalty minutes (45) in 77 games with the Wild last season.
The 26-year-old native of Calgary, Alberta native has 10 goals and 21 assists in 87 career NHL games with Minnesota and Pittsburgh.
