Phoenix, AZ (SportsNetwork.com) - Archie Bradley fired six shutout innings in his MLB debut, Paul Goldschmidt smacked a two-run homer and the Arizona Diamondbacks blanked the Los Angeles Dodgers 6-0 in the middle test of a three-game set.
Bradley (1-0) allowed a hit and walked four while striking out six for the Diamondbacks, who have taken the first two games of the series. A.J. Pollock went 3-for-3 with an RBI and two runs scored.
"I didn't want to get too high. I just wanted to stay calm and remember what we talked about in trying to get them out and just stay within myself," Bradley said.
Clayton Kershaw (0-1) surrendered six runs -- five earned -- on 10 hits and three walks over 6 1/3 frames for Los Angeles, which has dropped three of its last four games.
"I made a lot of mistakes," Kershaw said.
Arizona jumped out to a 4-0 lead after plating a run in the first and third before pushing across two more in the fourth.
Pollock and Ender Inciarte singled to lead off the first and put runners on the corners. Mark Trumbo brought Pollock home two batters later with a roller through the hole on the right side.
Pollock and Inciarte again began the third with base hits. Pollock advanced to third on a caught stealing error by Justin Turner at third and scored on a Goldschmidt groundout.
The Pollock and Inciarte pair were at it again in the fourth, while Pollock recording an RBI single and Inciarte tallying a run-scoring groundout.
Goldschmidt's blast to left-center broke the game open in the seventh.

The Diamondbacks were 3-for-11 with runners in scoring position, while LA finished 0-for-2 with RISP ... Kershaw, who yielded three runs on six hits and two walks over six innings in his season debut Monday against San Diego, fell to 10-8 in his career against Arizona.
