San Diego State (18-0). Last win: Kawhi Leonard had 15 points and 17 rebounds in 55-49 win over UNLV, making the Aztecs the first team to reach 18 wins. Next game: at New Mexico (13-4) on Saturday.

Syracuse (17-0). Last win: Held St. John's to 36 percent shooting in 76-59 win. Next game: Cincinnati (16-1) on Saturday.

Duke (15-1). First loss: Florida State beat the Blue Devils 66-61, the Seminoles' third home win over Duke when it was ranked No. 1.
