Yahoo! No, really -- there's reason to exclaim. Yahoo's Jacqueline Reses has put her stunning Woodside, CA, estate on the market. Fellow Silicon Valley moguls will surely be eyeing the woodsy retreat with the $7.2 million price tag.

This luxury listing includes 3 gated acres, a pool, a tennis court, an orchard, and a rose garden.

The 4,300-square-foot, four-bedroom hilltop home features a living room with dramatic views, high ceilings, a family room, and a garden landscape visible in every window.

The serene spot likely offered Reses a respite from the challenges of managing the mergers and acquisitions department of the Internet giant, which she joined in 2012 as chief development officer.

While she's on the sales side of this particular transaction, the tech exec "buys a lot of companies," according to Business Insider.

Her Twitter bio says she "loves to do deals and be disruptive." As evidence, she and Yahoo CEO Marissa Mayer have spent $2.1 billion to acquire more than 52 startups, including Tumblr, BrightRoll, and Flurry.
