The Kardashian kollective has added another property to its vast real estate holdings: A cozy two-bedroom condo in Los Angeles' Century City neighborhood. The turnkey unit cost the family -- or "a trust that holds other real estate for the family," according to the Los Angeles Times -- $1.65 million, a mere drop in the bucket considering the kollective's rumored $300 million net worth.

To keep with their latest purchase, there are four key things you must know:

The complex has made headlines before

In July 2014, the building's parking garage collapsed after a construction incident, according to Westside Today. We hope history doesn't repeat itself due to the considerable weight of the ever-present Kardashian entourage, film crews, and egos.

There's plenty of room for personality

… which they'll surely provide. The 2,542-square-foot home's blank walls and oak and limestone flooring are dying for some kustom kolor, and there's plenty of room to display framed magazine covers in the built-in cabinets.

It's part of the klub

The Kardashians have taken a "kollect them all" approach to real estate, creating a California mini-empire. Their newest acquisition marks a departure: Unlike most of their other properties, it's not located in Calabasas.

They'll be soaking in style

The luxurious master suite offers a steam room and soaking tub to calm all the day-to-day worries of a tabloid celeb and a makeup station for contouring touch-ups. And if the kids want to lounge outside, they need only to shuffle a few feet -- the master suite comes with its own balcony. Krazy!
