What do you get for that kind of change? The sprawling 4.8-acre property on Plum Bay encompasses two villas, one five-bedroom and another four-bedroom and a number of other structures, from pool cabanas to a house for the estate manager. Of course, you need an estate manager.

In total, the compound contains 11 bedrooms and 12 full bathrooms. The larger villa boasts a two-story master bedroom with a Jacuzzi bath tub and two private balconies. The smaller villa has a number of themed bedrooms, including the “Jungle Room” with a king-size bed.

The whole property is enclosed by an eight-foot boundary wall.

Thriller novelist Tom Clancy’s 12,000-square-foot Baltimore penthouse has just hit the market for $7.9 million.

The spectacular home includes massive open spaces for entertaining, among them a 1,500-square-foot living room, an art gallery foyer.

There are four bedrooms, six bathrooms, an eat-in kitchen and separate dining room.

The mansion n the sky includes six waterfront terraces, a home theater and a fitness center.

There are also multiple offices, dens and libraries with built-in bookcases.

The apartment is located in the first residential Ritz Carlton with no hotel component, and offers 24-hour concierge; valet parking; a game and billiards room and lounge; theater; salon and spa, and a restaurant that offers room service.

This last property gives a whole new meaning to work from home.

Tech billionaire Kumar Malavalli’s 8-acre estate has its very own office building right on the property. It’s now selling for $68 million.

Situated in one of Silicon Valley’s most exclusive residential communities, the property has a 20,400-square-foot, five-bedroom, seven-bathroom main residence and guest suites with their own patios and en-suite baths.

The home includes an indoor pool that has a swim-up bar, a retractable roof that automatically closes when it starts to rain, a home theater, and a wine cellar that holds 3,000 bottles.

It also features a bell tower with an area that can be used as a stage, a meditation garden and a private massage room and sauna.

But all of that is nothing to a Silicon Valley billionaire. Malavalli also constructed a freestanding office building: a roughly 1,024-square-foot executive center with a reception desk, kitchenette, and a conference room.
