NFL quarterback Tom Brady and Brazilian stunner Gisele Bundchen are selling their pied--terre at One Madison tower in the Flatiron District of Manhattan, according to Variety. The property is listed for $17.25 million.
It seems like it was only yesterday that the superstar couple bought the 3,300-square-foot condo on the 48th floor for $11.7 million -- although it was in early 2014. The three-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom condo features a private elevator opening to a combination living-dining room surrounded by massive windows opening to the Empire State Building and the Hudson River.
All the bedrooms have private baths, and the master bath includes a two-person soaking tub. The luxe building comes with 24-hour doormen and concierge service, private dining room with catering kitchen, and a fitness facility, Variety reports.
The couple, whose primary residence is in Boston's Chestnut Hill community, continue to be busy in the real estate world. In 2014, they sold a 14,000-square-foot Los Angeles chateau for $40 million to rapper Dr. Dre. They recently made a $20 million deal for a 5,000-square-foot, soon-to-be-ready luxury condo in Tribeca.
Brady is the (currently suspended) quarterback for the New England Patriots. Bundchen is a former Victoria's Secret Angel and was named by Forbes in 2014 as the 89th Most Powerful Woman in the World.
