Evan Longoria, a two-time Golden Glove winner and three-time All Star player, just put his Scottsdale, AZ, house up for sale at $999,500.
The 29-year-old third baseman is hoping someone will scoop up the 3,824-square-foot Tuscan-style home he bought for his parents in 2013 as a vacation pad. Its lush curb appeal should help it stand out.
Longoria, who has a 10-year, $10 million contract with the Tampa Bay Rays, didn't set his parents up in just any ol' place. The house features ceilings that are both vaulted and coffered. Stone and hardwood floors run through most of the four-bedroom home.
The kitchen has custom cabinets and granite countertops. All four full bathrooms have been outfitted with marble counters and custom tilework. The home also features a gym and two indoor fireplaces.
Outside, there's a mosaic tile pool and chiminea-style fireplace. Along with its verdant landscaping, the 0.7-acre property features citrus trees and stunning mountain views.
Longoria, meanwhile, will still hang around Scottsdale, according to Casiano. She's not sure where his parents are going to be set up next, though.
"They're kicking around ideas," she says.
No matter what, we're pretty sure he'll take care of them.
