Seattle Mariners pitcher Flix Hernndez is taking a walk from his home of five years in Bellevue, WA. We predict the dude they call King Felix is just moving to an even posher palace in the Evergreen State -- after all, the MLB All-Star signed a lucrative $175 million, seven-year contract with the Mariners in 2013.

Now you can pick off this property for $3.8 million.

The 5,040-square-foot home was custom-built for Hernndez by Steven D. Smith Custom Homes in 2010. Despite his royal nickname, the Venezuelan pitching guru didn't have any eccentric additions or outrageous features tacked on; instead, his fashionable Mediterranean-style house looks comfortable and surprisingly intimate despite its impressive scale.

The five-bedroom house features three fireplaces -- in the living room, on the porch, and outside -- along with hardwood floors and a wet bar.

The open kitchen has updated appliances, a steel range hood, built-in wood cabinetry, and a breakfast bar. The dining area also has built-in cabinets and a wine rack. If that's not enough room for vino, there's space in the wine closet.

From the dining and living rooms you can get great views of Meydenbauer Bay and Lake Washington. Better views, however, can be had on the patio. You can also head out back to the paver terrace for entertaining.

The master bathroom has a picture window-size mirror, tw separate sinks, a spa tub to soak your pitching arm, and rain glass windows to keep anyone from stealing a peek.

Downstairs, you can kick off your cleats and relax in the home theater.

Although Hernndez had an epically lousy game earlier this month -- surrendering eight runs with only one out against the Houston Astros -- hopefully the 29-year-old pitcher, who has been with the Mariners since the start of his major-league career in 2005, is winding up for a better season. His track record indicates he's far from being benched.

A Cy Young Award winner, he pitched the first perfect game in the team's history in 2012 against the Tampa Bay Rays. To date, he's thrown 2,043 strikeouts and 11 shutouts. In addition to throwing a screaming 95 mph fastball, Hernndez is also the spokesperson for the Seattle King County Humane Society.
